John O'Flaherty - President
John has been in the construction business for over 20 years. In 1994 John received his Bachelor or Arts in Construction Management from Purdue University. From there, he went on to be a Project Manager for two major general contracting companies: Turner Construction and Power Contracting and Engineering. It was at these companies that John gained first hand knowledge of developing everything from small offices to high rise buildings. In 1997 John opened Wolf Point Builders, Inc. He continues to keep his vision alive by being involved in every step of the development process and by surrounding himself with top of the line architects, engineers and licensed contractors who share the same passion and vision. Together they have developed and built several hundred residential and commercial properties in the Chicagoland area.
